Alexander Haus in Koviou Coast, Nikiti Halkidiki Greece

Alexander Haus studio rooms, are fully furnished studio rooms in Akti Koviou, Nikiti, Sithonia, Halkidiki. There are 5 rooms on the ground floor and 4 on the upper levels. Our studio rooms vary in sizes, some spacious enough for a family with 4 members and some others cosy enough for 2.
A morning in our studios might start with a wake up call from the sun of Halkidiki, if you would like to leave the curtains open, while your coffee in your veranda or balcony will be cool and under the shadow, thanks to the orientation of the building.
During your stay in our studio rooms, you may feel free to cook like at home, as we provide you with a kitchenette, a full cooking and cutlery set and a fridge. For our “master chefs” we there is also an outdoor barbeque and we can also provide you an oven if it is needed.
One of the few things that remain unchanged since we started is our priority to deliver you our studio rooms spotless clean and our desire to make anything possible so that you may have (yet again) unforgettable holidays.
Each studio room has its own bathroom with hot water at all times.
Our studio rooms are approved by the Greek Tourism Organisation and comply to all fire safety regulations.
