On Nikiti's beach, next to the sea, we, Giorgos and Aggeliki Kobouris, have created with artistry the traditional luxury apartments "ARSANAS".
Arsanas Apartments, Nikiti, Vourvourou, Sithonia, Halkidiki, Greece     

They are spacious, beautifully decorated and fully equipped apartments on the building's first floor with an amazing view of Toroneos Gulf.
The first 2 apartments, with a sea front, RODIA and MYRTIA (55 and 65 sq.m. accommodating 5 and 6 people respectively) are comprised of a kitchen-living room, a W/C-shower and a large balcony so that one can enjoy the sun setting beyond the coast line of Kassandra on the peaks of Mt. Olympos. On the second level the internal wooden stairs lead to the loft with a traditional ceiling where the bedroom is.

The next 2 apartments, LYGARIA and ELIA (35 and 40 sq.m. accommodating 4 and 5 people respectively) are comprised of a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a W/C-shower and a balcony.
There are also 2 singe room apartments, LEMONIA and LEVANTA (25 and 30 sq.m. accommodating up to 3 people each) with a kitchen, W/C-shower and a balcony.
All the apartments have air conditioning, hot water, a hair dryer, a TV, Wi-Fi internet access and fully equipped kitchens, while a private parking area is also available.
Every 4 days the apartments are cleaned and the linen and towels are changed.
    
In the lush green garden you'll find deck chairs, armchairs, tables and a barbeque to relax, sunbathe, play, eat, drink and have fun.
On the beach in front of the apartments you and your children can swim in the warm waters of the Toroneos Gulf.
Nikiti's center with all it's shops (super markets, restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, bars, etc.) is close by and a car is not needed.
